how can one turn a photo in the scene line

it was easy to turn it in the orgamizer but trasfered sideways znywy

    Unless I am misunderstanding your question it's very simple:  right-click on the picture in the timeline or sceneline and select properties. In the properties window, click the triangle next to Motion and you should see the words "rotate left" and "rotate right".  Just click the icon to the left of those and that should do what I beleve you are looking for.

     

    If not perhaps some additional detail to your question?
