Radio Buttons and Listboxes

I'd like to create a custom panel for my script with the following options. Is this possible?

 

It seems there's only buttons here and even the "color picker script" doesn't show actual color selected.

    Hi

    No, there is no such elements in Configurator 2.

    You can only run the script through a button.

    An alternative could be through the Html widget or utilizing flash buider (flex).

    An HTML UI like this is very easy to make, but it would be REALLY helpful if the Configurator team could provide sample code to demonstrate how to pass parameters from the HTML form to a JavaScript. For us less-than-professional developers...
