missing topic is not missing

I'm using RH8 and in the project manager pod it shows a topic is missing. however, I'm able to find it in my topics pod and in tofc. here is a pic:

Click File > Import and navigate to your project's directory. Select the HTM file and click OK. That should solve the broken link.

Okay. so you mean to say that I should import the htm file and the broken link will go away? well it doesn't.

But I solved my problem because there was another topic with almost the same name with the same content. So I deleted the file with the broken link and kept the other.
