Hi LiveCycle Gurus,
I've been having this problem for the past few days and my IT guy has tried everything to no success.
After I make comments to a document, I click the "Publish Comments" button, the button with a picture of a computer/server and a green check ("green donut") just spins forever!
Oh, this might help, I am running:
- Adobe Professional 9.1
- IE 7
The IT guy un-installed Adobe Pro and re-installed it, cleared out some tracker files, made a few Windows Register changes, and Adobe Pro changes, (Edit >> Preferences)
