problem to use adobe drive 3 to connect CQ

Mar 2, 2012 3:51 PM

I recently tried to use adobe drive 3 t connect CQ and it successfully connect to default standalong server (like http://host:4502) but when I try to connect the CQ which deploy to JBOSS, I got 'The server could not be connected' error. The detail shows

com.adobe.drive.connector.api.exception.RemoteSystemNotFoundException: Failed to connect to repository

The JBOSS instance has crx-explore_crx.war deploy as 'crx' and crx-launchpad.war deploy as crx-launchpad . So the connection url is http://host:8080/crx and I checked it through browser which worked fine. Is there anything I missed to configure?

Thanks!

    Hi,

Please also install cq-content-5.4.jar in the CQ. then connect with http://localhost:8080 using AD.

Following are guild for installing cq-content-5.4.jar:

    • CQ content package is available under crx-quickstart/repository/install/cq-content-5.4.jar
    • To install:
      • login to crx.default workspace http://host:port/crx
      • go to package manager and upload cq-content-5.4.jar
      • once uploaded, simply install the package. This might take some time.

    Hopefully this can help you!

    Thanks,

    Jianfeng
