We built a template for our CBTs. The template was working fine with importing PPTs until the last couple weeks. I thought it was just my machine and I might need to reinstall it but today another user came to me with the same issue.
Now when we open a new project from the template then want to add PPT slides to it if there are 20 PPTs we are inserting after it says it has completed inserting slides there will be 20 copies of whatever slide was before the insertion point. None of the PPT slides will be there.
Any ideas?
We have an advanced action for CCon in the template but that is the only unique thing there.
