Will there be a special promo/discount for Beta Testers?

I see that the upgrade from LR3 to LR4 is $79 ... curious if there's any additional discount for Beta testers?

    I seriously doubt it - beta testers aren't "registered"...

    The beta was free!! No, no discount for beta testers jsut the pleasure of the first look.

    There was for LR3 but I’ve not seen any emails for LR4

    So they get help from faithful users who provide feedback and help identify bugs - for free.  I know when I was a beta tester of Photomatix Pro, I got it for free when it launched.  Seems like the right thing to do.

    Oh well.. still gonna buy it, would be nice though, if they gave us some kind of discount for helping with the beta testing

    It was an open Beta, so most people should not expect anything in return other than maybe a "Thank you!" sticky here on the forum.
