adding a properties box to an image in my swf file??

Tags:i'm making a interactive garden planner in flash.. any ideas how to add a properties box to an image in my swf file so users can edit my assets in the swf file without having any access to the original flash file? (i.e. send to front, resize, delete etc) thanks?
i want users to be able to have some functional control over the images they can view in the swf? also how do i create a scroll box with images placed inside so users can drage and drop the images to the main screen? thanks for any help
