problem logging in under jo_annclark@yahoo.com, i no longer use jo_annclark@comcast.net.

I am confused, I no longer use username jo_annclark@comcast.net, I use jo_annclark@yahoo.com. I can not seem to log in under jo_annclark@yahoo.com. Could you pleasee help me with this, I know i ordered things     under jo_annclark@comcast.net but cant seem to download them. Did i order adobe under jo_annclark@comcast.net?

    Does it tell you that your password is invalid or do you receive the message that the account already exists?  Did you try the password reset link?
