Is there a way to permnantly disable the http.log on CF9.0.1?

Does anyone know a way to permnantly disable the http.log in CF9.0.1?

You can disable it from the Coldfusion Administrator and it will stop.  But

it turns back on the next time the CF Service is restarted or the server is

rebooted.  I need a way to stop it from restarting.

 

Any suggestions?
