Comunnicate tablet  Android with a PC

Hello:

I nned to connect two devices in a local net:

a tablet Android with one PC Windows

In tablet I'll have a menu with several buttons when push a button I want that in the PC play a flash movie.

Can you suggest me, help me and tell me the basic way to do this? some samples and demos please?

This is only for a local net no Internet.
