is Linda.com the fastest and esiest way to learn flex 4.5

I'm using CS5.5 and I decided to devote my time towards learning flash builder/flex 4.5 so I bought a book on it and ZI also subscribed to linda.com but I dont feel this is the best path for me to learn flex, I mean it is a bit over whelming - I just want to know if i'm going the right path with learning how to create applications with flex - does anybody have any suggestions on the fastest and easiest way to get up to speed learning this subject????

As for me, If you are going to use flex 4.5/4.6 for mobile development, the fastest way to start is
http://www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/devnet/flex/articles/twitter -trends/build-first-mobile-flex-app.pdf (creating twitter client, it shows main controls, web services, bindings).
