Edges Cut Off on SWF Videos

My videos in F4V files play perfectly in the Adobe Media Player. I then import them into Adobe Flash Professional CS5 for progressive download and publish them using SWF files. When I play the SWF files, parts of the videos near the edges are cut off. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
