Thanks but this standard answer did not help. Below are the steps I took:
Steps:
I went to adobe.com website
I signed in with my id & password
I selected country – Canada – now shows adobe.com/ca
The Canadian site does not show My Orders & then My Orders History
The My Orders only shows up with adobe.com US website
My purchase from January does not show up anywhere on any list.
When I’m in the My Adobe page I have more options.
Under My Products & Services I selected My Products.
No product is listed but I have the option to register my product.
If I select that page I have the option to Register Online or View Registrations
When I select View Registrations I get taken back to the My Adobe page

If I go through the Canadian website
Select Help
Download, installation and serial number support
I’m taken to the US page where I can go to Help & Support
I select Registration
I am back at the page where I have the option to Register Online or View Registrations
When I select View Registrations I get taken back to the My Adobe page
