I can't launch my Device central in CS5

Everytime I am running Device central It starts initialising the software and then stop working displaying ' Device central has stopped working'

window is looking for a solution.Can you please help me ?

Thank you Jens. I have tried them already but without success. I can open device central from inside fireworks but the moment I click on create, it stops working, giving me the same message.
I was just wondering, as device central doesn't support flash player 11 - is there a way to set it to use flash player 10 ? OR I have to uninstall flash player 11 and install flash 10 ?

Then only full uninstalling and reinstalation of the whole suite might be of help, but no guarantee there, although worth a try.

Are you able to launch and use it from other applications apart from Fireworks? Or maybe you just launch Device Central by itself and continue the Fireworks workflow from there - is that possible?

As you have version 5.0, there is not much that can be done to support Flash 11, in fact not even 5.5 supports it.
