why isn't lccs working the last 2 days?

how come my lccs pages are not working the last 2 days, March 22 and 23, does this have something to do with the proposed shutdown.?

    Hi Showphone,

     

    No. Any issue you are encountering, with service availability, has nothing to do with the planned shutdown at the end of the year.

     

    More information would be really helpful.

    What is your account name/e-mail for the account? Any client logs?
