sprytabbedpanels how to get the scrollbar coordinates

In sprytabbed panels, is there a way to return the coordinates of the scrollbar when the user scrolls the content window?

 

Maybe a function of spryUtilities with Spry.Utils.addEventListener ?

 

I am trying to map an image to a mouse click using the mouse's XY coordinates but that only works till the user scrolls the image with the scroll bar
