Crash of flash player plug in

Hi, there! I have an issue. When i watch videos on "Youtube" Mozilla Firefox like freezes often (i get stuck with open browser, can't even switch between tabs). Then, message pops up saying smth like plugin crashed, reload the page. That happens very often, and is really annoying. Ways i tried so far to solve the issue. 1. installed latest versions of both browser and "adobe flash player, but still nothing.").. Can you help me? thanks!
