Elements 10 crop tool

When I had Elements 10 delivered everything worked fine (inasmuch all the tools were on display) now I find I have to look for the crop tool. I have to go for a quick edit in order to crop.

Am I missing something somewhere?

    Just discovered it under the recompose tool. I have had to poke this tool a few times in order to find the crop
