I have a situation where I have created annotations ("redlines") on one PDF and want to copy them onto another PDF. But the annotations rotate depending on how much the new PDF has been rotated.

But now I'm wonderring if there is a way to program the annotations so that they rotate based on the rotation of the PDF page they are being pasted into?
