How do I set a background image?

I need to create apply a background image to the browser window, page and other rectangles. How can I do this?

Follow the steps outlined in the tutorial section:
Adding a background image fill to a Master page

This same principal applies when adding a background image to any other element in Muse using the Fill menu:
