Not able to install Flash Player in IE 9

Tags:Today i have to check our application for Flash Player 9. So I uninstalled Flash Player. Then i tried again to install new Flash Player in my system Windows 7, 32 bit, IE9. Then i am getting following error message every time for Active X.
I tried with CS5.5 Flash Player debugger also. But i didn't get any success. I googled a lot about this and found many solutions. But no success. finally i tried with following link also.

But still i have no flash player in IE 9. So please help me quickly.
