After conversion to html5, mouse timings are wrong & extremely slow

I'm testing the conversion of our Captivate 5.5 swf's to html 5. After converting the file, the video seems to play ok, with the exception of the mouse and text:

  • Mouse timings are wrong, the pointer begins to move the moment the slide begins
  • The pointer moves very slowly, as if it is moving from point A to B equally during the duration of the entire slide
  • No click audio
  • Although none of the text entry has been converted to typing text animation, it is still missing from the new output

Is there a setting I need to change in the original file to get this to work? This is a simple presentation/capture, with only 117 slides, no quiz questions, no LMS, no muss. Just audio and screenshots with some typing and cursor movement.

Thank you.
