How do I set the zoom tool in CS5 so it is dynamic? I don't like the little + and - symbols. I want to drag on parts of the image.
Click on Command (Mac) or Control (Win and the space bar and drag the curso to the right to enlarge or left for smaller.
Thank you for the shortcut, but I want to pick my magnify tool and drag it over a certain portion of the image (like I could in CS4).
If you select zoom tool then drag over specific area it will enlarge that area.
You have to be quick, as if you wait too long the entire image will zoom.
With the zoom tool selected, uncheck scrubby zoom in the tool options bar.
