Are my files encrypted while on your Sendnow disks?

    Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, SSL is an encryption technology for TRANSMITTING information, NOT for encrypting information on disk.

     

    I get that they are transmitted in an encrypted format but are files encrypted on the disks while waiting for pick-up.

    My apologies for my initial answer.  SSL is used to secure the login process, however files stored on our servers are not encrypted.
