in ubuntu 11.10 plashplayer security window not clickable

as soon as I want to watch a flash video the security question window appears and is not clickable nor will disappear but is covering

the video to an essential part in the middle?? Plus flashplayer does not find my webcam, while all other programs work fine with my logitech cam.

 

I am using firefox or opera and neither does react right with flashplayer...
