I am struggling to download the adobe flash player and when i do, i have to download it again every time i log back on, any tips?

Moving this discussion to the Installing Flash Player forum.  Mikel Arteta if you can please also let us know which operating system you are using it would be beneficial.  Also what environment are you using your computer in?  Is this computer managed by an I.T. department for example or are you a home user?
