Flex Skins Reference

Is there a visual tool to see the sub-components of the Flex skins available in 4.5.1 or later?  For example, I know that the Panel component is made up of a number of rectangles with various settings.  I can get the default settings by creating a custom skin and make changes to the settings to see how they affect the display.  This is obviously time consuming.  Is there a tool available that makes it easier to see how changing the skins will affect the display of the component?
