Lightroom 4 Facebook plugin:  uploads failing

Hello, I'm noticing that every time I try to upload a photo to facebook via the LR4 facebook publisher, it fails.  I am authenticated ok, and the plugin can see my albums, it's just the upload that fails.  I am trying to upload to an existing album.

 

Does anyone have any ideas????  thanks

 

(By the way this question is about the standard (adobe?) facebook plugin, but yes I am also using the jeff friedl lightroom facebook plugin but am suffering from its known error of only picking up some albums and not all of them)
