Subscription problems...

I tried to subscribe today to the Adobe CreatePDF via web page, I do have an adobe account and am signed in, however as I try to finalise the purchase the following appears:


The account using [removed by moderator for user's privacy] was registered for Poland. Please sign in using an existing account for this country, or create a new account."


The message appears to be correct this is my email address and it is registered for Poland, but the the second sentence is false, I do have an existing account.


Can someone explain and help please?
