Are there any good examples using the PDAnnotHandler plus it's callbacks?

I'm new to C++ and am a little lost with this stuff.

I am trying to use PDAnnotHandlerGetInforProc in order to get to the PDAnnotInfo in order to pull back the Author, Date etc.

I believe there is a sample in the SDK.

You know what one off by hand? I've taken a look through a bunch of them.

Nope can't find one...guess there's not one that uses the PDAnnotHandlerGetInfoProc
