What is the browser sys requirements to manage CQ Cloud?

I tried to start my WEM Cloud but it ketp showing "Installing" status and never concluded.

Now I tried to stop my WEM cloud but nothing happens.

I am using Windows 7 and Firefox 11.

Hi,

Today, we performed a corrective operation which should improve start/stop actions. Please give it another try and let us know your experience.

Cloud Manager can be used with any of the most recent versions of IE, FireFox, Chrome and Safari.
