    Good day,

     

    Are you using Adobe CreatePDF (the online, subscription-based service) or Adobe Acrobat to create your combined PDF file?

     

    What is the exact error you're getting?

     

    Hopefully we can figure out what's going on.

    Yes 1)  when I try to combine under the PAGES column it says "FAILED" 

           2) How do i set a book mark or put and icon on my desktop for CreatePDF 

           3) Is there anywhere to go to see a tutorial

     

    I have to say yesterday was very frustrating, I went on the support line could not find the chat after being there once, I feel I am pretty good with computers and can usually figure things out, I could not here.
