Missign Plug-ins

Apr 13, 2012 5:49 AM

All of a sudden, I started getting this error message in a particular file.  I have looked up some of these and there is some indication that this could be a trojan virus.  Any one know what to d here?  We have just upgraded from CS2 to 5.5 within the past 60 days and this could be apart of the problem, I just don't know how to solve it.

Are you sure you’re not in CS2 trying to open a CS5.5 file.

Do you still have CS2 installed? Open the file there and export to INX and try opening that in CS5.5.

If your file do get open in Indesign CS5.5, then open the file in Indesign CS5.5 and export it into IDML and then open the IDML in "Indesign CS5.5" and package it
