I'm sorry for my for my bad english, but I am French.
Is it "good" (interesting?) using Webs colors in a CMYK document with Illustrator ?
I would like to color my pictures and I want to use them for the PRINT and for the WEB too.
For the moment, my pictures are in White and Black (the outlines) in the CMYK mode (mode for Print). What do you think I
have to ?
Thank you very much for your help!

BB,
In CMYK Color Mode, all colours will be within the CMYK gamut, no matter how you create them.
Normally, when artwork is used for both print and web/whatever, it is created as CMYK, then converted for web/whatever use.
You may have a first glimpse into the gamut issue here:

Generally, CMYK colours are more limited/duller; you may add spot colours or use special printing, such as 6/8 colour.
