Can't create a successful build using Viewer Builder 1.9.0 and Mac OS X 10.6.8.

Can't create a build using Viewer Builder 1.9.0 and Mac OS X 10.6.8. I have redone my certificates several times.

We have an Agent that is the only one that can create Distributor certificates. He did those and I did the Developer ones. Didn't work. He did both. I used Viewer Builder on his machine. Didn't work.

I created all new keys. Didn't work. The Viewer Builder runs all the way through with no errors. I click Finish, and go to the manage page, and nothing ever shows in the Builds and Build Details sections. I don't get any errors that are giving me any idea about what is wrong.
