Disappearing Radio Button Selection

I have created a dynamic form with 4 radio buttons. Each of these buttons makes a hidden subform appear. They work just fine. However, when I click on a radio button, the check mark, cross, etc. that marks the radio button appears breifly in the button but then disappears. The radio button still functions properly thought.

anybody have any ideas?

I would guess it would be some script going wrong, is it possible you can publish your form somewhere (like Acrobat.com) so we can have a look?
