First, sorry for my bad english...

I just updated to beta 7 today and found some trouble :

  • Can't save/save as document. (muse close).
  • Can't preview. (in muse or browser, it says that something wrong with firewall, muse is already in the exclusion list).

Everything was fine when i use the previous one, so my question is...

Is there a way to do a rollback to previous version?

Im using Windows XP with SP3, 1 GB RAM, 1.86 Ghz Dual-core(T2130).

Thanks before.

=)

Rolling back does not help the Muse beta test.

Check to see that your firewall addresses both HTTP and HTTPS connections by Muse. Muse 7 introduced an HTTPS connection.

    Hi !

It can also be an issue with the firewall.

Please try truning off the Firewall and see if it helps.

The preview problem is probably due to either firewall or antivirus software on your computer which is not allowing Muse to make an http connection. That hasn't changed in Beta 7.

New in Beta 7, Muse does now connect to adobe servers at launch time for an AdobeID login, but it seems like you're getting past that ok.

What do you mean by "can't save"? Are the menu items disabled? Does save crash? Does save put up an error alert of some kind?
