PDF cannot be merge in Acrobat Standard 5

Hi

Am using Acrobat Standard 5. When trying to merge PDF, below error appear. Wonder if anyone can guide me on how to solve this problem ?

These documents contain subsets fonts that have the same name and cannot be merged

When you create the PDF files embed the whole fonts, not the subsets.

Note: a product with the name Acrobat Standard 5 doesn't exists.

Possible to guide me on how to solve this issue? Or is newer version of Acrobat Standard solve this issue?

With the older versions like AA5, you had to print to a new PDF to do many things that are built in to Acrobat today or can be done with preflight. In this case try to print and select the job options to embed all fonts at 100%. You may have to save the job settings to a new name for this (the files are write protected). Then try to combine.
