Creating clipping mask in Illustrator CS3

Hi,

 

I want to create clipping mask in Illustrator CS3. I am successful in creating clipping mask in Illustrator CS4 and CS5 but I am not able to create the clipping mask in CS3.

 

Can someone please guide me?
