No startup profiles

Apr 16, 2012 7:29 AM

Dear all

I am using Win7 x64 and installed Adobe Creative Suite Standard CS 5.5. Everything works fine except the Illustrator.

When I open it and select File -> New Document a message appears: Can't locate startup profiles.

Can anyone help me with this?

TIA

Check whether they actually exist and if you have sufficient file permissions and user privileges on them --> C:\Users\Nathan\AppData\Roaming\Adoeb\Illustrator.

    Nathan,

What happens if you uninstall, run the Cleaner Tool, and then reinstall?

The following folder needs Read & Write access:

    C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\

I#f still his doesn't work then copy the Adobe Folder from the   domain administrator and paste it on above path and check.
