Unable to Authorize ADE 1.8

I downloaded ADE 1.8 but is unable to authorize. Continuously receive the Error: Digital Editions could not connect to Activation Server. I did set the permissions in my Windows firewall as well as in Kaspersky. Still no luck.

    Hi HesF39,

     

    Could you try to authorize ADE now again? If it still cannot be authorized, could you paste the error code ADE reported?
