Flash crashes when using zynga games

Hi every time i play zynga games flash crashes.  This happens on IE Firefox and Chrome.  Can someone give me some straight forward help please?  I am not a pc whiz so would need detailed plain english instructions.

I have updated flas but didn't help

Here's what I'd try, though not all at once.  Do one at a time and move to the next one down if the previous one didn't help.

How do I clear my Flash Player cache and settings?

How do I disable or enable hardware acceleration?

How do I do a clean install of Flash Player?

How do I report a Flash Player crash to Adobe?
