Retina Folios

I have a few questions.

 

My layouts are 768 x 1024 pixels and it works great uploading them to a 1536 x 2048 folio as PDFs. Really easy. But when it comes to publishing, how does it work? Do I publish one issue and then publish the retina version? Will the analytics be split up between versions?

 

Should the product ID be the same?

 

I've also noticed that you can pinch and zoom on any page now. How can I switch that option off?
