Trust File Issue

I get this error when I try to open a project in Flash Builder 4.5 an Mac OS 10.6:

 

An internal error occurred during: "Updating Adobe Flash Player trust file for project...".

com/adobe/flexbuilder/utils/osnative/NativeControl

 

The project still works, but it be nice to clear the error. Any ideas how to eliminate the error? I tried re-installing Flash Builder, but it didn't help.
