Any ideas on how to create this simple effect?

Hi,

 

I am trying to achieve the same effect that the text on this video has applied: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DZfCPEn6L6g

 

I am talking about that wiggling of the letters' contour. I am sure it is easy to achieve, but I can't find a quick and easy way to do it.

    Try the Scribble effect.

    Scribble, Roughen Edges, shape layers with wiggle paths modifiers.

    Thank you for your suggestions.

     

    The Wiggle Path modifier is exactly what I need. Unfortunately it seems it can't be applied to text. I could transform my text layer to a shape layer, but my text appears with a type in effect (done with a range selector), which makes thinks much harder.
