Hello,
I'm having a little trouble with my first muse site. When I bring objects to front on the master page everything works fine (even in preview mode and in browser preview) but on the other pages all the arrangement settings seem to be gone.
The elements I brought to front are overlapped by elements that should be behind them. Now I have to copy most of the master page objects on every single page.
Thnks for your help
Best regards
Fred
P.S. I will upload some screenshots of the problem asap.
This is expected behavior in Muse. The stacking order of items on a master page is limited to the master page. Master page items are always behaind items in child pages, and you cannot "release" elements on a master page to display on top (z-order) of elements in child pages. At this time, you must copy and paste items you want to display on top on all child pages. This has been a frequent feature request. Please add your vote:

Hello Corey,
thanks for your reply but I think the explanation of my problem was misunderstanding.
If I stack objects on the master page they don't semm to have the correct orde on any raw child page I create.
I'm not talking of objects on a child page (it is clear that they should always be on top of master page objects).
In this image you can see that the logo in the top left corner is abover the red rectangle on the master page.
On any raw child page I create it is vice versa although I haven't changed anything on the master page.
This what the top left corner of the master page looks like:
When I create a new child page with only the master page objects on it it looks like this:
I hope you can understand my issue.
Thanks for your help and best regards
Fred
The stacking behavior is the same in preview mode but I haven't published the site so far so can't tell about that.
I will upload some screenshots of the preview in muse and in different browsers tomorrow.

Fred
