Adobe Premiere Pro audio problem

Hi!

I'm having a problem importing my audio (from my computer) to Adobe Premiere. Everytime I try to import one, it always say "file format not supported" even if it's in mp3 format. I tried converting it in mp4 format but it still won't import. Please help me!!!

Report back with the codec details of your file, use the programs below... a screen
shot works well to SHOW people what you are doing

If you have a red line over the timeline after importing a video and before adding any
effects... your project is wrong for your video... read above about codecs
.
Once you know exactly what it is you are editing, report back with that information...
and your project setting, and if there is a red line above the video in the timeline,
which indicates a mismatch between video and project
.

Where I believe that Jim is going, is with some updates, full-paid versions have been bitten by the Revert to Trial Bug. This ARTICLE goes into more detail.

Also, can you convert your MP3's to PCM/WAV @ 48KHz 16-bit? Those will Import just fine. This ARTICLE goes into more detail.
