Illustrator and Indesign Shutting down when trying to print?

Wondering why my illustrator and indesign is shutting down when I try to print from those programs.  I don't even get to a printing menu.  Just got a new mac....Mac OSX 10.7.3 and using the same Creative Suite 4 I used on old machine and never had this problem....is it the newer operating system?  What can I do?

    Remove the following files and back them up:

     

     

    [Hard Drive]/Library/Printers/PPDs/contents/Resources/en.lproj

     

    [Hard Drive]/Library/Printers/PPDs/contents/Resources/Zh_CN.lproj

     

    [Hard Drive]/Library/Printers/PPDs/contents/Resources/Ja.lproj

     

    [Hard Drive]/Library/Printers/PPDs/contents/Resources/ko.lproj

     

    [Hard Drive]/Library/Printers/PPDs/contents/Resources/Zh_TW.lproj

    Thanks!  I removed those files and it seemed to do the trick!  Why would I need these in the future?  I made sure to back up but was just curious.  I really appreciate you taking the time to answer my question.
