Help, missing templates in the web module

Hey everyone. Just installed LR4. when in the web module, I can see a list of Templates in the left side Browser, but when I click on them I get: The template can not be applied because the web gallery(id='com.adobe.wpgtemplates.jardinePro') is missing. Please install that web gallery and then try again. Im lost here-shouldnt this web gallery been part of my LR4 download? is it something I need to purchase separately?
